William Kramer, 77, passed away March 9, 2020, surrounded by family. He was born March 29,
1942 in Billings, Montana, to Raymond and Lydia (Foos) Kramer. He graduated from Senior
High. He married Janice Popp his high school sweetheart on November 10,1962 at Peace
Lutheran Church, Billings, Montana. They were blessed with 57 years of marriage.
Together they raised their family and farmed in Billings, Silesia, Park City, and Laurel. They
owned and operated Kramer Farms Trucking Company.
He was baptized April 26, 1942 and confirmed on April 14, 1957 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
He is a member of St. John's Lutheran Church.
Mr. Kramer was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Donald Kramer; and his sister,
Joyce Foltz. He is survived by his wife, Janice; son, Rick; daughters, Kimberly (Mark) Erickson,
Karla (Brent) Shay, and LeAnn (Rowdy) Heiser; 14 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren;
brothers Raymond (Sharon) and Douglas (Robyn); and brother-in-law, Duane Foltz.
A service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 16th at St. John's Lutheran Church, Laurel,

Riverstone Health Hospice Home, 2230 Mission Way, Billings, MT.
